About Cherrie
Hi, I’m Cherrie Monarch, founder of Eureka Claims, and I genuinely love what I do.
I help Australians recover money that is rightfully theirs — funds that were never lost, never spent, just left behind in systems that aren't designed to reconnect people with what belongs to them. Every day, I get to be part of moments where something unexpected is made right, and that never gets old.
I’m based in Western Australia, and I work with people across the country who often start out sceptical — understandably so — and finish the process relieved, and excited about what this returned money means for them.
Why I Do This Work
I’ve always had a natural ability to work with paperwork, systems, and the fine print — the details many people find overwhelming or frustrating. Long before Eureka Claims existed, family members would come to me for help understanding documents, sorting through correspondence, and navigating official processes, particularly those who were incredibly capable in practical ways but less comfortable dealing with administration.
Over time, this evolved into something more meaningful. I found myself consistently stepping into the role of advocate — for people who needed someone to speak up on their behalf, explain, organise, and follow things through.
That role deepened while I was caring for my grandmother and advocating for her wellbeing in aged care, and later when I was responsible for managing my father’s affairs. As his legal guardian and eventually the executrix of his estate, it became my responsibility to ensure everything he was entitled to was properly identified and accounted for. It was during this time that I learned all the places to look and I was genuinely surprised by how much money was left unclaimed simply because no one had joined the dots.
That experience was the turning point.
I realised these weren’t rare situations. They were happening all the time. So I decided to put my skills to purposeful use and become an advocate on a broader scale — helping everyday Australians recover what is rightfully theirs.
What I Believe
I believe money has a responsibility to move.
When it becomes stuck — in old accounts, outdated records, or forgotten registers — something is out of balance.
I also believe that what belongs to you will always find its way back — often years later, and often at exactly the right moment. When that happens, it’s rarely just about the money. It’s about relief, and an unexpected moment of joy. I mean, who doesn't love discovering money you didn’t have to budget for, sacrifice for, or plan years ahead to enjoy.
I hear this every day in the voices of my clients — when they tell me what they’re going to do with these returned funds, whether that’s paying off a bill, helping a family member, taking a long-delayed trip, or just enjoying an unexpected win.
How I Work
Eureka Claims exists because most people don’t want to — and shouldn’t have to — navigate institutional systems on their own, especially when trust and personal information are involved.
I’m not a faceless agency. I’m a real person who takes the time to explain, verify, and handle the process properly from start to finish. I act as an advocate, not just an agent — doing the research, the cross-checking, and the administration, so my clients feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
If you’ve been contacted by me, it’s because I’ve already done the work to identify unclaimed money I genuinely believe that you're owed and I would love to advocate for you to have it rightfully returned.
